Ethics
The standard is simple: fit work we would be happy to put our name on, tell the truth about it, and treat customers and colleagues properly.
1.Environmental responsibility
The work we sell is meant to cut emissions: renewable generation, storage, efficient lighting, and charging that replaces fossil miles. We also try to keep waste and unnecessary visits down on the jobs themselves.
2.Customer care
Quotes, surveys, and aftercare should be plain. We say what a system will and will not do, we keep your enquiry private, and we do not pass your details on for someone else to sell you something.
3.People who work here
Installers and office staff should have a safe job, a fair say, and room to get better at the work. A site that is rushed or careless is not an acceptable shortcut.
4.The place we work
We are based in St Helens and we take local relationships seriously, including sponsorship and the way we leave a property at the end of a job.
5.Honest trading
We follow the law and the rules of the schemes we install under. We do not dress up a product, a saving, or a certificate. If something is outside our competence, we say so.
