Data protection

MPB SOLUTIONS (NW) LIMITED (company number 15412485) is the organisation responsible for this website. The registered office is 54–56 Ormskirk Street, WA10 2TF.

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, phone number, the service you are asking about, and a message. We use those details only to reply to that enquiry.

This website does not keep a database of enquiries. If an inbox is connected, the message is passed to that inbox and then handled as ordinary business correspondence. If an inbox is not connected, the form checks the details for that request and does not store them, and the page tells you the message was not emailed.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the form to build a marketing list. This site does not run advertising or analytics trackers.

You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete correspondence, by writing to the registered office. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you think your information has been handled badly.
